Internal People Management


Current HR Policies

* Annual leaves: every employee gets an annual leave of 30 days and if leave for more than 30 days is taken, its deducted from the leaves assigned for the next year.
* Annual sick days: in a year, 5 days are given as sick leaves, more than  these will lead to reduction of a certain amount from salary.
* Training and development: a person who joins Wipro with less than one year of work experience, works as a developer for a couple of software projects, until upgraded.
